Meet The Team | Community Resource Fair of Northeast Connecticut

Meet our team

With no funding, no outside backing, and only our shared passion, our team of local moms planned and organized the Resource Fair from the ground up. Every role mattered, every contribution counted, and it was through this collective dedication that the event became a success.

Liz Redman

Liz managed much of the main organizational planning, including coordinating emails and logistics. On the day of, she ensured everything ran smoothly. She assisted with setup and gave vendors a quick break when needed to keep things flowing seamlessly.

Melissa Kennedy

Melissa handled much of the main organizational planning for the Resource Fair, handling emails, website updates, social media outreach, and overall coordination. During the fair, she welcomed attendees and assisted with check-in alongside Kayla.

April Flecha

April supported the Resource Fair throughout the planning process, regularly attending meetings and helping coordinate details. On the day of the event, she managed vendors' assigned spaces, assisted with check-in, and provided general support wherever needed.

Kayla Minta

In addition to support in the planning process, Kayla helped secure donations and vendors for the Resource Fair. Including a very large donation from Frito Lay! On the day of the event, she welcomed attendees and assisted with check-in alongside Melissa.

Paula Vitiello

Paula helped secure vendors, spread the word about the Resource Fair, and provided support on the day of the event. During the event she was general support and was there representing Little Foot Daycare where she works.

Alexis LaFleur

Alexis provided general support throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, she represented Parent’s Corner, a local non-profit offering a clean, private breastfeeding area for families.
